Where can I find the LR number?
The LR or lorry receipt number appears on the transport receipt issued for the consignment. Enter only the numeric LR number printed on that receipt.
What information does online LR tracking show?
When a matching record is available, the page shows the LR number, route, booking date, consignment status, last status update and estimated delivery date returned by Vidhi Transport's tracking service.
What do the LR tracking statuses mean?
Booked means the consignment has been registered, On the way means it is moving through the transport network, and Delivered means the ERP record marks the consignment as delivered.
What should I do if live tracking is unavailable?
Retry after checking the LR number. If the service still cannot be reached, contact customer care by phone, WhatsApp or email and include the LR number.
What should I share for a delivery issue?
Share the LR number, consignor and consignee, destination, issue description and an authorised contact number. Avoid posting invoices or confidential documents in public channels.
